No Show Policy
WFCA No-Show Policy
No shows and late cancellations severely limit a provider’s ability to care for our patients. If you “no show” an appointment or call day of to cancel, that slot is not available for other patients access for other patients AND we need to find you another slot in a provider’s busy schedule.
If you are not able to make an appointment, it is your responsibility to give us 24 hours (one business day) notice or you will be subject to our $150 no show fee.
You have three opportunities to cancel and reschedule your appointment:
- Text back to the confirmation text that goes out automatically 4 days before your appointment – preferred way
- Send a Patient Gateway message back to the front desk team member that is confirming your appointment – 2nd preferred way
- Calling the office to cancel your appointment (make sure you leave your full name, date of birth and appointment provider, day and time)
Thank you for your attention to making sure your appointments are promptly cancelled and rescheduled if you cannot make it.
