Jennifer Snider joined Wellesley Family Care Practice as a nurse practitioner in 2015. Jen is passionate about serving patients of all ages and in developing patient partnerships throughout the lifespan to maximize health and wellness. Her practice focuses on preventive health, disease management and wellness promotion.

Jen attended Brandeis University where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology. After a long career in marketing and business development, as well as raising three daughters, Jen completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Regis College. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family medicine and is qualified to care for the entire family.
