Following a complicated Mohs surgery that left a 3" scar on my left cheek and noticeable facial asymmetry, I no longer felt like myself. Jessica took the time to really understand my concerns and my wish for a natural, subtle result. The Aesthetics space within the practice is spotless, calming, and beautifully designed, and her technique made the entire experience surprisingly comfortable.

Dr. Jonathan Snider has been a fantastic PCP for me. I have been a patient for many years now since I moved up here to Boston. The office has a lab on site, so blood tests are done in the same building. The staff has been great and helpful with me on each visit.

I cannot Say enough good things about Wellesley family care and Jen in particular. Jen has been My provider through seven years of non stop medical issues. She is always attentive, caring, and willing to listen and Do anything to find answers. She also seemlessly manages all my medication- and Finding alternative medication's when some of them got too expensive . I trust her So much that I made my parents switch to this practice (its important to have providers you can be comfortable to talk to). They to are nothing but impressed every time they go. It's nice to be treated like a person and not a number And to know your care team really cares.

I have always felt I am in the best of care when I enter this office. Extremely knowlegable doctors, clinicians etc. They always respond when you leave a phone or Gateway message. In all, an extremely caring and empathetic group of doctors.

Highly recommend Aesthetics with Jessica O’Brien, especially for anyone new to fillers or Botox who may have trepidations. Jessica really listened in our consultation when I explained my concerns about keeping a natural look and I felt good about our choices together. She made suggestions where I wouldn’t have known, and the overall result was FANTASTIC. I saw real improvement but subtle and natural—me but better! Recovery was easy–minor bruising that cleared up quickly (and could be covered with make-up right away). It’s been several weeks and I couldn’t be happier!

We joined this practice last year and could not be happier. We see Nina and she is everything you could ever want in a PCP. She is kind and listens. I saw Dr Schwartz today for an acute concern. They got me right in right away. The office seems newer and very nice. Lots to offer. Lab work on site. Many doctors. Dr Schwartz was excellent. She has phenomenal bedside manner, listens to her patients and truly takes the time to ensure you feel heard and that you are comfortable with steps going forward. Very comprehensive care. I'm thankful to have found this practice and Dr Schwartz.

A large medical practice involves a team. The team at WFCA operates almost seamlessly. My wife and I are particularly impressed with the Operations dept. in the way John Smith & Laura Bellow managed our insurance and billing challenges. Newer members of the health care team (e.g., nurses) are particularly impressive.

Anyone would be fortunate to have Jen as their provider. She makes a point to know me and my family. She listens to me instead of looking at the computer. My questions and concerns are always addressed. When I leave a message on the Pt. Gateway I always get a timely response. The office is efficient and staff are personable. The only downside to the practice is parking. It's always crowded and hard to find a spot. However, because the practice is so wonderful, finding a spot to park is worth the effort!

My girls have been going there since birth and I for about 10 yrs. Love all the staff and Doctors. Eveyone is always so respectful, welcoming, patient and so helpful. They have accommodated me in so many times when the girls got sick. What I love most is that eveyone knows us by name. Amazing place!

Best doctors office I’ve ever gone to! Nina is my PCP and she’s excellent! I’ve seen a few other providers there for sick visits & cosmetics (Botox) and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
