Jessica Santiccioli, FNP joined Wellesley Family Care Associates in 2025. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a background in sociology, healthcare technology, and clinical research. Prior to WFCA, she spent several years practicing with diverse populations, where she gained extensive experience managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in fast-paced, high-volume clinical settings. These roles deepened her commitment to providing thoughtful, nuanced, and evidence-based care, grounded in compassion and meeting patients where they are. Jessica has clinical interests in preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Jessica earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Sociology before working in pharmaceutical research and as a clinical applications analyst. In 2014, she returned to school to pursue her long-standing interest in medicine and completed her nurse practitioner training at the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston. Her early fascination with healing began in childhood, when she became inspired by the story of Father Damien, the patron saint of lepers - a symbol of compassion and courage that continues to shape her clinical values today. A Massachusetts native, Jessica resides in Needham, and enjoys reading, yoga, improv, and spending time with family and friends.
