Dr. Carew joined Wellesley Family Care Associates in 2024.
She provides primary care for the whole family, and most enjoys partnering with you to embrace strengths and create manageable plans to meet your unique health goals.
Her specific clinical interests include integrative and lifestyle approaches to support wellness, reproductive health, postnatal and pediatric care, gender affirming care and office procedures.
Dr. Carew graduated summa cum laude from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She earned her Medical Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed residency training locally at the Tufts University Family Medicine Residency at Cambridge Health Alliance. Along the way, Dr. Carew was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society, recognizing her compassionate care. She received additional training in integrative medicine and quality improvement in healthcare. Dr. Carew is currently serving as an elected board member at the Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians, advocating for and empowering family physicians to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare.
In her free time, she enjoys DIY home projects with her partner, celebrating movement through running, cycling, power/olympic weightlifting, skiing, and equal parts cooking/exploring new restaurants with her friends and family.
